On February 18, 2023 Divine Infant Parish hosted a League Development Morning. We began with a Prayer Service led by the diocesan followed by presentations on ‘Wisdom Tables’. The presentations were offered by some of the diocesan Life Members. Colleen Perry Past Provincial President presented the chair of Service, Jane Munro presented the Chairs of Social Justice, Sharon St. Jean presented the Chair of Faith, Treasurer Chair was provided by Heather Sisk and Vice-President/Social Justice Chair was provided by Moira Matthews. After the presentations there was a question-and-answer session.
Members were provided copies of the presentations which were also shared electrically with Parish Presidents to send to all members. The many members who attended the ‘Wisdom Tables’ found it an excellent source of information.
The social time provided members the opportunity to connect with fellow sisters across the diocesan. Please see some pictures of the synod below.
